This is the base for the Trust’s information, advice and guidance service, including sign-posting to appropriate agencies. The building has a fully-equipped training/meeting room for up to 14 people and an IT training provision with computers and internet access. The Trust works with appropriate partners, Locality, Middlesbrough Council, Trinity Centre, Middlesbrough Voluntary Development Agency, Middlesbrough Adult Education Service, Helping Education Achievements through Sport, Teesside University, SureStart, Unity City Academy and Job Centre Plus, to offer as full a range of information services as possible. A small office for confidential advice meetings is also available; this will be used to support professional advice services such as legal, employment issues, housing, health etc. More recently the Credit Union (Pioneer) collection point operated on a Tuesday 10.00 - 11.00am.
